Do we accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after the purchase of an item. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene seal in place. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
Do I need to return the whole set?
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom
How do I return an item?
To request a return or exchange email email@example.com and our returns department will provide you with a return number.
*Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs for goods returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty. Please ensure that returned goods are packaged securely and it is recommended using a registered post service when returning items so that the item can be tracked. NAIAD does not take responsibility for lost garments being returned.
How much is Postage?
FREE Shipping on All Australian Domestic Orders.
We offer a flat rate of $30 for all International Shipments.
Orders are generally processed within 5 days. Allow 7-10 days delivery within Australia and 10-14 days for international deliveries. This is a guideline only.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery it will be taken to your local post office or newsagents for collection.
Will there be additional Duties or Taxes that I have to pay?
International customers may be liable for customs charges/import taxes and duties depending on the laws of the land. NAIAD is not liable for any of these charges.
